High- quality practical training, work and study experience and employment preparation in prosperous countries is seemed permitted in industrial foreign countries. All these profits are given and there might not be any problems whereas the issues may surface as commercial, way of life, feeling of loneliness and others. In this study respondents shared with their thoughts of this studying abroad practice as the speedy and productive way to learn a world language.

Analyzing this survey, the vast majority of people admit that the benefits of studying overseas overcomes downsides with cultural differences, self-state and budget, hence the aim of this survey is to learn a language in the most effective and rapid way is to being abroad. This method supposed as productive with fluency and prospective opportunities in future life.

To achieve the main goal, I have the objectives:

  1. To escape wasting time, learners might study or live abroad. In overseas states individuals may start speaking and even thinking in other speech correctly.
  2. To immerse in the language and improve their speaking skills, pronunciation, cultural identity and the feeling of original speech by ear.
  3. To make a high skilled employee to bond industry between countries.

According to "Second Language Acquisition in a study abroad context: Findings and research directions” by A. Pinar (2006.) studying in non-native country is advantage in living with host families, as social and cultural relation is produced rather to been staying in dormitories or student residences. The participants as Allen, Dristis and Millas have found that significant progress was seen close to the linguistic knowledge and the level of identification with the target culture. However, it depends on the quality of interaction between student abroad and host care behavior and emotional state. Consequently, when the collaborative support is showed by host families facilitates high quality interaction that allows students to practice the language, mistakes been corrected and receive the feedback, which positively affects on the development of linguistic and cultural knowledge. What is more "Language Fluency and Study Abroad Adaption" argued that interacting with native speakers rises aspects as gramma, pragmatic, vocabulary and so on. It hypothesized that people enjoy studying abroad outcomes in terms of sociocultural, physiological adaptation. In my perspective, adaptation in new environment is seemed hard, as freshmen faces with loneliness due to a distance from families and motherland, but in such cases, firstly they may live with the care families to feel less homeless. Secondly, people from one state are able to combine and go abroad together for being helped by each other. To pick up any language in a rapid way, learners should get into the culture not less than the speech. Subsequently, sharing one root with natives is suggested as a beneficial technique to be in the same wavelength with the studying dialect.

As determined by "Second Language Acquisition in a study abroad context: Findings and research directions” by A. Pinar (2006.) adaptation in non-local cultures seems hard for early age students, thus they do not have enough maturity to know cultural aspects such as beliefs, symbols and traditions. Moreover, students are able to develop their intercultural competence and sensitivity by living among native speakers of another country. Also "Language Fluency and Study Abroad Adaptation" by V.Savicki, C.Arrúe, F.Binder mentioned that both linguistically and culturally language education benefits from studying abroad. Consequently, it is strongly influenced by emotions such as self-image, worry and motivation. Also "language learning research has most often focused on the impact of study abroad on aspects of language acquisition" was adverted in the article whilst language seemed as a tool of the learning and expression of cultural competence. Culture is expressed with language, and language is the instrument by which any culture is represented.  To sum up, studying abroad has benefits in terms of psychological adjustment, affects, social identification and sociocultural adaptation. It is the components of linguistic-cultural, cross-cultural and regional geographic competences, as background knowledge of the learned speech are important for formation of linguistic-cultural capacity.

Studying out of the motherland might confront individuals with financial difficulties, especially those who have to pay tuition and living expenses by themselves. We should admit that the budget is limited and each extent is justified by learners' benefit. Otherwise such investment is valuable to attend university overseas, because future generations need to experience a huge tapestry of global culture as it was mentioned in "Justifying Study Abroad in Financially Difficult Times" by Marty Ludlum, J.D., Randal Ice, Ph.D.Jessica Sheetz-Nguyen. Students who take part in foreign education are more likely to develop interpersonal, team- building and analytical skills as experienced methods cannot be gained with typical classes. Subsequently programs which help scholars to enter outside academies are highly increased with the numerous suggestions to aid financial issues. Such programs are progressively important in a rapidly globalizing business environment hence study abroad is justified by a cost-benefit analysis with evidence of learning benefits from their study abroad experience in terms of compensation, mobility, opportunities, and self-confidence. Tucker, Gullekson, and McCambridge argued that it gives graduates a competitive edge in the job market and provides future opportunities for advancement later. Also Orahood, Woolf, and Kruze claimed that without international experience a career is detrimental. The advantages of learning overseas thus students return with abundant attainments outweigh most of the disadvantages.

Oral number of interviewees study a foreign speech for self- growth (57%) whereas 37% of people do this for work as it is needed there and only a minor number of respondents, namely 7% learn the second language as a school subject. So amount number of the audience grows the mastery of English as it is a business speech. Speaking in English is essential to build a career and communicate over the world. Also, the capacity of foreign language develops the responsible complex of the brain. For instance, switching between different tasks, planning, reasoning, problem solving, filtering information works by executive function.

A total of 112 interviewees answered this survey. The respondents were divided into two halves so that 45 were male and the remaining 67 were female. For each gender, the number of participants enrolled in Academy, High Education and Employees, hence more than 70% of respondents were University Students.

On account of learning the dialect it faces some difficulties as less practice of just above a half of respondents (54%) due to lack of time just below a quarter (22%) and deficiency of using grammar (21%) with high-level terms. Overall it might be clearly observed that all these issues could be covered up by only spending time in another country, as first of all, over a half of interviewees are not able to have enough practice to improve all the skills. It may be affected by low educational people around in the learning speech and shortage of leisure time to visit special courses. Secondly, in such cases a knowledge of using the correct grammar and being fluent is minimized. Last but not least, self- confidence is decreased thus individuals were studying for self- improvement but the results were not seen.

Finally, a huge number of respondents (93%) chooses studying abroad despite the payment problems that may appear, however 6% of individuals illustrate uncertainty. Difficulties might be solved by some suggestions that were recommended with interviewees. One clear example is to take a loan, because there is a huge difference in currency. Studying and working overseas is possible now with the help of programs such as “Study and Work”, “Bolashak” and so on, so the earned money could close the borrowing slowly. As well as collecting money if it was planned earlier. Consequently, there is always a way out to get foreign place.

Just above a quarter (33%) of individuals are not sure of their opportunity and lack of self-confidence in studying overseas, as the currency might be unlike abroad, so the first years of being in non-native country may be hard. Furthermore, cultural shock takes no less importance which also depends on the age of the learner. In addition, working in this article I found some issues as a result of no experience and to show certainty the observation was taken from other research. Consequently, most of the respondents answered assuming their basic intelligence and no one of them are not able to admit the confident benefits in studying out of their country.

The survey results depict that, in the opinion of almost all interviewees (99%) studying abroad has more advantages, however only a minority of people (1%) are undetermined. The most important reason that it should be preserved is the possibility of going out. According to the analysis, a huge number of respondents want to try this method of learning a language immediately, otherwise about 7% are not sure, because of certain circumstances of cash. As claimed by 98% of individuals programs as “Bolashak”, “Study and Work” and “Fulbright” present effectiveness, although these organizations supply occasion to Mastery and PhD Doctors while pupils' ambitions drop. If the government could provide an opportunity for high educational students to enter a university overseas for 1 to 3 years with host families, the knowledge of foreign speech with the self- growth will not been complicated in further occupation. As we mentioned before, the younger generation is involved in the culture slightly, so such organizations may assist to enter slowly to unfamiliar customs. Furthermore, such projects could assist individuals with financial problems like to employ them without charge although after educational quits graduates may work for them, to give back the tribute. Also these programs lose nothing as they get skilled workers who had experienced learning overseas and raised their ideology by them.

In conclusion, being taught overseas covers a minority of problems and shows more effectiveness and perspective position in the future life. A significant majority of research participants claimed the beneficial prospects in cultural accompaniment, dialect learning, confidence and self-growth with profession. All the issues might be solved with minimal effort on this so it is assumed as the leading method in learning a language during studying abroad.
